2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
A. (05-007LD&S) PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION
PLAN – Wawa, Inc., Broad Street and Stefko Boulevard, Zoned
CG, plans dated March 18, 2005 and last revised June 16, 2005. This
plan proposes the merger of 2 lots, construction of a 5755 sq. ft.
Wawa food market, 57’X96’ canopy for twelve (12) dispensing
bays (2 per pump) and a 62-space parking lot on a 1.772 acre lot.
B. (05-005MIN) MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAN– Linden
Street & Barnsdale Road, Zoned RR, plans dated May 12, 2005.
This plan proposes to subdivide one 38,354 sq. ft. lot into 2 lots
for single family dwellings.
C. (05-003LD) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT
PLAN – Villa Veranda -- 2612 Linden Street, Zoned RS, plans
dated January 31, 2004 and last revised June 7, 2005. This plan
proposes 34 condominium units with attached garages and 12 visitor
parking spaces on a 5-acre lot.
3. ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
A. Proposal to rezone a parcel of land at Linden
Street and Oakland Road from RR to CG.
