(04-004S) MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN, DETENTION POND SIDE SLOPE WAIVER AND CARTWAY WIDTH WAIVER REQUESTS – Central Park West – 2215-2221 Florence Avenue, Zoned RM, plans dated October 12, 2004 and last revised May 19, 2005. The plan proposes the subdivision of a 5.2047 acre tract into 55 lots (54 twin dwellings and one remainder single family dwelling). This plan was tabled on May 12, 2005

A. (04-016LD)-PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Wawa, Inc., Easton Avenue & East Boulevard, Ward 14, Zoned CS and RG, plans dated December 13, 2004 and last revised March 8, 2005.
