It is proposed to paint a new sign on an existing awning.

It is proposed to install a new flat non-illuminated wall sign for Western Union.

3. 111-113 EAST THIRD STREET
It is proposed to renovate the existing façade. The existing building dates from c. 1890.

4. 313 EAST THIRD STREET
It is proposed to install a fire escape on the rear of the building, which will be visible
from Second Street.
