2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT

A. SUBDIVISION SKETCH PLAN – Minsi Ridge – William and Aaron Streets, Ward 16, Zoned RR, Plans dated September 13, 2004. The plan proposes 5 lots with single family detached dwellings on a 16.3359 acre lot.
3. SIDEWALK WAIVER REQUEST

A. 815 Jennings Street request for sidewalk deferral.

4. ZONING AMENDMENTS.

A. Proposal to create an overlay zone for age restricted development in the RR zone on the west side of Township Line Road.

B. Proposal to rezone a portion of Easton Avenue from RG and RT Residential to CL
Limited Commercial.

C. Review of miscellaneous zoning text amendments.
