2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS.

A. SKETCH PLAN – Valley Farm Condominiums, 2100 Block of East Boulevard, zoned CS, Ward 14, plans dated July 20, 2004. The plan proposes a 22 unit townhouse condominium complex on a 1.56 acre tract.
B. MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Harvey Industries, 2000 City Line Road – waiver request for installation of sidewalk along street frontage.

C. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Central Park West Twin Dwellings, 2215 – 2221 Florence Avenue, Zoned RM, plan dated June 11, 2004 – waiver requests for cul-de-sac length and 5 foot driveway separation.

3. ZONING AMENDMENTS.

A. Proposal to rezone portions of the CB zoning district to RM and RT.

4. MISCELLANEOUS.

A. Recommendation for City Council approval of Special Study of Bethlehem Commerce Center Sanitary Sewer Facilities.
