Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • If paying your bill in person, you may use your Credit/Debit Card.
  • Credit/Debit Card payments will only be accepted at the City of Bethlehem Treasurer's Office, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA -- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Monday to Friday. Treasurer's Office Phone is 610-865-7125.
  • Convenience Fees will be charged when using a Credit/Debit Card.
    • Fees for Tax Payments are:
      Discover Card -- Credit/Debit 2.45% with a $1.50 minimum
      Master Card - Credit/Debit 2.45% with a $1.50 minimum
      Visa Credit Card 2.45% with a $1.50 minimum
      Visa Debit/Check Card $3.95 flat fee

    • Fees for all Other Payments are:
      Discover Card -- Credit/Debit 2.45% with a $1.50 minimum
      Master Card - Credit/Debit 2.45% with a $1.50 minimum
