128.01 INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS.
The City of Bethlehem will purchase and continuously maintain liability
insurance coverage, from insurance carriers with an A.M. Best rating
of not less than “A-“, in an amount of not less than
$10.0 million.
128.02 INFORMATION SUBMISSION.
The Mayor shall annually submit to Council, at the time of annual
submission of the recommended budget, a listing of the name of the
City’s insurance carrier(s), applicable policy limits, insurance
deductibles, together with any other information requested from
time to time by Council concerning the City’s insurance program.
128.03 CITY COUNCIL REVIEW OF CHANGES.
In the event that material and substantial modifications or changes
in the amounts of insurance coverages, the amounts of deductibles,
or the scope of coverage are proposed, the same will be submitted
for prior review by City Council, before any such changes are implemented.
