Compensation and fringe benefits are not codified herein since they are subject to administrative regulation. Employee compensation rates are promulgated by the Office of Administration and approved by the Mayor. Fringe benefits are established by the Office of Administration in conjunction with the Municipal Employees Union as approved by the Mayor.
