City Planner; Bureau of Planning 115.01 Appointment. CROSS REFERENCE City Planning Commission - See 3rd Class §4001 (53 P.S. §39001) The City Planner shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council. The City Planner shall be under the supervision of and directly responsible to the Mayor and to the Director of Community Development. (Ord. 2987 §2. Passed 4/2/85.) 115.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF BUREAU. The Bureau of Planning, under the City Planner, shall be
responsible, with the advice of the City Planning Commission,
